Any refunds or exchanges must first be approved by PAS.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept exchanges/cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped.
User must contact us at email@example.com or "Contact Us" to get an RMA number to exchange or refund any item. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in like new resaleable condition. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Alternatively, you may also go to your order page and select Refund Merchandise to obtain permission for return.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns that are fully functional & resaleable condition.
