We have shipped to every continent except Antarctica and can ship to any address in the world. We DO ship to APO mail stops. We do this as a thank you to the men and women who serve our country.
We ship using USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail and FedEx. It usually takes 3-4 days for you to receive a shipment, not including at least 1 day handling time. We cannot ship on holidays observed in the US. We can ship First Class Mail if your items weigh less than 13 ounces combined including packaging. Please note in your order if you want this option and we will try to accommodate. Priority shipping will be charged and then refunded if we can send your items first class. High ticket items MUST have insurance and tracking in case of loss or damage.
We ship internationally using FedEx. Lower-cost alternatives, such as First Class International Mail and Priority Mail, are available depending on item weight or value. Please note the following before making your purchase. You must contact us to have your shipping modified to lower cost alternatives. We have this policy because people have taken advantage of us through the lower cost options in the past. We are NOT responsible for lost, misdirected or damages if the lower cost, uninsured options are chosen.
Due to US regulations, we will not ship merchandise as marked with a lower customs value or as a gift.
We may ask for additional information should you have an order with a high value amount, make multiple purchases one after another. Especially if you are in Brazil, Mexico (and near by Texas cities). Delivery address must match your home address and address on your identification.
Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Cheaper international shipments, such as First Class International shipments, can take between 21 to 90 days to arrive at your country. First Class International Mail does not provide accurate tracking information once it leaves the US. You may find that your tracking information stops at "Processed through sort facility". First Class International's tracking process stops updating once the item leaves the USA, and updates only after the item either reaches the customs facility in your country, or is delivered. If shipping time or detailed tracking is important, we highly recommend choosing Priority Mail International.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that estimated shipping times for international shipments is to inbound foreign customs only.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING OR AFTER DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Regardless of the shipping option chosen, please understand that once an order leaves our facility, it is out of our control. Paradisearcadeshop.com is NOT responsible for items that are lost, misdirected, or stolen after the product is shipped. Only the post office will potentially have information regarding the status of your package. You should contact them directly, not us. We are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected packages, and will not issue refunds or reship orders that do not arrive at their intended destination. In the event that a package comes back to us as un-deliverable, we will issue a refund only for the cost of the parts in the order. We will first contact you to see if you wish to have the items reshipped to you. We will then issue a Paypal request for the additional shipping costs. Once received we will reship your items.
