This way we have all of your information....you have no clue how many people send in their Mpress without any Customer information inside! This is important if you want to receive your Mpress back in a timely manner....otherwise we just sit here and wait for you to contact us so we can then figure out which one is yours! $5 is just to get you in our system, making the return to you easier for us. Mpress repairs and or adjustments have varying price points. Make sure to place your order page in the package with your item to be repaired. Please leave notes when necessary.

Cancellation/Returns/Refund Policy
Any refunds or exchanges must first be approved by PAS.
All returns must be noticed within 30 DAYS of your purchase for items.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept exchanges/cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped.
User must contact us at sales@paradisearcadeshop.com or "Contact Us" to get an RMA number to exchange or refund any item. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in like new resaleable condition. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Alternatively, you may also go to your order page and select Refund Merchandise to obtain permission for return.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns that are fully functional & resaleable condition, and shipping fees are NOT refundable.
