This is the exact switch used by Sanwa in the Silent JLF.  These switches have about 125g of actuation force and are absolutely silent.  They use a reed switch instead of a snap action mechanism for actuation.  These may be used in any joystick or buttons with the appropriate form factor to virtually elimnate microswitch noise.
