This way we have all of your information....you have no clue how many people send in their Mpress without any Customer information inside!  This is important if you want to receive your Mpress back in a timely manner....otherwise we just sit here and wait for you to contact us so we can then figure out which one is yours!  $5 is just to get you in our system, making the return to you easier for us.
