Why do I love this joystick? First off construction is like a tank, it's put together so well. I would argue its probably sturdier than the more expensive sticks. Second, the feel is so nice, smooth and controlled, with just the right amount of resistance. Plus it re-centers perfectly! Third... 2 way, 4 way, and 8 way adjustments.
However, this is not good enough for us. We had some hollow stainless sticks made to fit this stick and also use this for our lit LED sticks! Our customers swear by them!

Shaft length from top to bottom is 3 3/16" long. From threading to top of joystick base it is 1 15/16" long.
